Building healthy mind, body and spirit in the Bay Hundred Community
Tilghman Methodist Church offers exercise classes on weekday mornings, a food pantry, and weekly meal delivery to those in need. The church also provides office space for those providing mental health services in the community.
Grace Street Recovery
provides free,
non-clinical supports
for anyone affected
by substance use.
Carolyn Parker, LCSW is a mental health therapist who specializes in family intervention and working with separated and divorced parents as well as children, teens, and young adults.

Services
Services are provided on Tilghman Island at least weekly by different partners. Assistance may be available for counseling.
Peer Support
Talk with a Grace Street peer support specialist for help dealing with substance use. Call the 24-hour peer line at 443-439-1820.
